However, if an error has been made with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right. Our freshly-baked cookies are lovingly packaged and shipped with care. All orders are shipped via USPS once the transaction has been completed. To ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition, please note that all orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays during regular business hours. Weekend and overnight shipping are not available.
